Abstract

Abstract The government utilizes the development of ICT in providing public
facilities through e-government. Therefore, all public services become integrated,
thus generating profits such as cost and time efficiency. This study emphases the
uneven application of e-government in various regions and identifies factors that
support the optimization of such services. This study explains the model of
e-government adoption by expanding the technology acceptance model with
self-efficacy and system quality. If people perceive that e-government is accessible
and believe that they can operate the system, they will use e-government. Besides,
the quality of the e-government system is also the determinant of e-government
implementation. The more quality of the system provided, the more the number of
people who use the system.
