Abstract

Project management is an attempt to used limited resources in an
efficient, effective, and timely in completing a project that has been
determined/planned. There are three activities of the basic functions of
project management including planning, implementation and control. From
these activities are performed control of resorces on a project that includes
labor (man power), equipment (machine), material (material), money
(money), and method (method).
Cigancang Road Section in Kuningan have length 852.382 m with
the type of road 2/2 UD and has the functions of road as a local road
required construction management, include scope of time and cost
performance. This thesis analyzed the Bill of Quantity of the project for
estimated the budget which previously had to be calculated by analyzing
the unit price and volume first, and using method of bar chart, S-curve, and
Critical Path Method for scheduling preparation.
The result of this construction planning time is 150 working days (20
weeks) at an estimated cost of approximately Rp. 12.744.000.000,- (twelve
billion seven hundred and forty-four million rupiah) with the total of cashflow
of Rp 11.584.868.215,- (eleven billion five hundred eighty-four million eight
hundred sixty-eight thousand two hundred fifteen rupiah).
