Abstract

Health clinics are businesses that are currently in great demand, so competition will be increasingly competitive. Public Relations plays an important role in improving brand image, including the Cirebon Sociamedic Clinic. This study aims to determine the Public Relations strategy carried out by the Sociamedic Clinic in increasing a positive brand image. Public Relations marketing strategy theory is the theory used in this research. The main idea used is Thomas L. Harris' Public Relations mix theory, which includes publications, events, news, image information, community involvement, lobbying and bargaining, and social responsibility. This research uses qualitative methods, with primary data such as in-depth interviews and observations, and uses secondary data such as documentation and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, the Sociamedic Clinic has successfully implemented seven Public Relations strategies using the P.E.N.C.I.L.S strategy indicators, namely, 1) publishing through socialmediainstagram,2) organizing health, sports, and talk shows, 3) collaborating with local media, 4) getting involved with several communities, 5) informing the brand through company attributes, 6) lobbying and negotiating in the form of win win solutions, 7) building CSR programssuch as distributing groceries and umbrellas.
