Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pandemi covid-19 merupakan penyakit baru dan sangat mudah menular. Sehingga Pemerintah Indonesia membuat kebijakan untuk melakukan aktivitas dirumah saja salah satunya pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Pembelajaran daring awalnya ditanggapi positif oleh mahasiswa tetapi dengan berjalannya proses pembelajaran mahasiswa mengalami beberapa kesulitan. Perubahan yang terlalu singkat ini menyebabkan kebingungan pada mahasiswa dan mengalami stres.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati angkatan 2017-2020 dan diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Pembelajaran Daring untuk menilai keefektifan pembelajaran daring dan kuesioner Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) untuk menilai tingkat stres. Data diambil secara online melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk Google form dan analisis data menggunakan uji spearman.
Hasil: Terdapat 86 subjek pada studi ini. Uji korelasi spearman menunjukkan terdapat korelasi antara penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa (p 0,000, r = 0,597)
Kesimpulan: Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati.

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic is a new disease and is highly contagious. So that the Government of Indonesia makes a policy to carry out activities at home, one of which is the implementation of online learning. Online learning was initially responded positively by students but as the learning process progressed students experienced several difficulties. This change that is too short causes students to be confused and experience stress.
Aim: This study aims to determine the correlation between application of an online learning system with a level of stress in medical student of Swadaya Gunung Jati University.
Method: This study used an analytical observational method with a cross sectional design. The subjects in this study were medical students in the Faculty of Medicine of Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati ranged from class 2017 until class 2020 and taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The questionnaire used is the Online Learning Questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of online learning and questionnaire Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) to assess stress levels. The data was taken online through a questionnaire in the form of a Google form and the data analysis used the spearman test.
Result: There were 86 subjects in this study. Based on spearman test, it is showed that there is correlation between an online learning system and a level stress in medical students (p 0.000, r = 0.597) in this study.
Conclusion: There is a moderate correlation between the application of an online learning system and level of stress among medical students at Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati.
