Latar Belakang: COVID-19 adalah suatu kelompok virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit pada hewan atau manusia yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV- 2. Tenaga Kesehatan merupakan profesi yang paling berisiko dalam penanganan COVID-19. Dampak pandemi COVID-19 pada aspek kesehatan adalah jumlah kasus positif dan kematian yang cukup tinggi serta penurunan cakupan sebagian besar layanan kesehatan.Terutama pada mahasiswa kedokteran yang memiliki risiko relatif infeksi COVID-19 di kalangan mahasiswa profesi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa preklinik. Kecemasan adalah bentuk perasaan khawatir, gelisah dan perasaan yang kurang menyenangkan. Secara global prevalensi kecemasan pada mahasiswa kedokteran semasa pandemi COVID-19 meningkat dibandingkan sebelum pandemi.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kecemasan mahasiswa kedokteran preklinik dan profesi terhadap risiko infeksi SARS-CoV2 saat pandemik.
Metode: Penelitian observasi menggunakan desain Cross sectional dengan Uji Mann Whitney untuk menganalisis perbedaan kecemasan mahasiswa kedokteran preklinik dan profesi terhadap risiko infeksi SARS-CoV-2 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon.
Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kecemasan kelompok preklinik dan profesi pada mahasiswa kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon dengan P value sebesar 0,006 < 0,050
Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kecemasan kelompok preklinik dan profesi pada mahasiswa kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon.

Background: Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a group of viruses that can cause disease in animals or humans caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Health workers are the most at-risk profession in handling COVID-19. Especially medical students who have a relative risk of COVID-19 infection among professional students compared to preclinical students. Anxiety is a form of feeling worried, restless and unpleasant feelings. Globally, the prevalence of anxiety in medical students during the COVID-19 pandemic increased compared to before the pandemic.
Aim: To determine the difference of anxiety of medical students to the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection between the preclinical and professional stages during the pandemic.
Methods: Observational study using a cross sectional design with the Mann Whitney test to analyze the difference of anxiety of medical students to the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection between the preclinical and professional stages of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon.
Results: There are differences in the level of anxiety in preclinical and professional groups in medical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon with P value 0,006 < 0,050
Conclusion: there are differences of anxiety in preclinical and professional groups in medical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon.
