Latar Belakang : Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan salah satu indikator
penting dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Penyebab kematian
neonatal tertinggi yaitu BBLR 42% dan ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi
BBLR diantaranya Paritas dan Usia ibu
Tujuan : Untuk menganalisis hubungan Usia Ibu dan paritas dengan Kejadian Berat
Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) di RSUD Waled Cirebon
Metode : Metode observasional analitik dengan desain Cross sectional. Responden
dipilih menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling, sehingga didapatkan 312
responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder. Data yang didapat
kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Chi Square dan Regresi Logistik
Hasil : Hasil analisis Bivariat semuanya didapatkan nilai p-value=0,000 (< 0,05)
pada Hubungan Usia Ibu dan Paritas dengan Kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah di
RSUD Waled Cirebon. Hasil analisis Multivariat didapatkan Usia Ibu dengan nilai
Exp(B) sebesar 7,084 dan Paritas dengan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 6,581
Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan Usia Ibu dan Paritas dengan Kejadian Berat
Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) di RSUD Waled Cirebon. Variabel yang memiliki
hubungan paling dominan dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) yaitu Usia
Ibu.

Background : The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is one of the important indicators in
determining the degree of public health. The highest cause of neonatal death is LBW
42% and there are several factors that influence LBW including parity and maternal
age
Aim : To analyze the relationship between maternal age and parity with the
incidence of low birth weight (LBW) at RSUD Waled Cirebon
Methods : Analytic observasional method with Cross sectional design. Respondent
are selected by using simple random sampling technique, 312 respondent are
obtained. Data collection is done by secondary data. The obtained data are then
analyzed by using Chi Square correlation dan Logistic Regression.
Result : The result of the Bivariate are p-value = 0,000 ( <0,05) in the correlation
between mother’s age and parity with low birth weight at RSUD Waled Cirebon.
Multivariate analysis result maternal age with an Exp(B) value 7,084 and parity
with Exp(B) value of 6,581
Conclusion : There is a relationship of maternal age and parity with low birth
weight at RSUD Waled Cirebon. The variables that have the most dominant
relationship with low birth weight is maternal age
