Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, workload, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority (KSOP) Class II Cirebon. Job satisfaction is an important aspect of human resource management that can affect employee productivity, loyalty, and overall performance. This research employs a quantitative approach to data collecting by means of questionnaires that were issued to all 77 workers. The results showed that “the three independent variables of leadership, workload, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously”. This finding confirms that an effective leadership style, balanced workload, and a fair and appropriate compensation system are important factors in increasing employee job satisfaction. The findings of this study could help public sector managers design policies and programs that promote employee wellness and boost productivity on the job. relationship between compensation and job satisfaction
