Latar Belakang : Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit
metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi
insulin. Nefropati diabetik merupakan salah satu komplikasi yang sering terjadi
pada penderita diabetes melitus.
Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran karakteristik penderita Nefropati Diabetik di
poliklinik penyakit dalam RSUD Waled kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2018-2021
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Observasional deskriptif
restropektif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling
dengan 58 sampel dan sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi
sebanyak 35 sampel. dan 23 sampel diekslusikan karena data rekam medis tidak lengkap
Hasil : Pada penelitian ini gambaran karakteristik didapatkan jenis kelamin
terbanyak perempuan 23 sampel (65.7%), Usia Sampel terbanyak 46-55 tahun sebanyak 18 responden (54.2%), Pekerjaan terbanyak yaitu ibu rumah tangga
sebanyak 22 sampel (62.9%), gula darah sewaktu sampel terbanyak sebesar >200
yaitu 16 sampel (66.7%), nilai eGFR terbanyak yaitu dengan nilai eGFR G3B 30
44 ml/min per 1.73 m2 sebanyak 14 sampel (40.0%), tekanan darah sampel terbanyak hipertensi grade 2 yaitu 13 sampel (37%), kreatinin sampel yang
abnormal yaitu 21 sampel (85.4%), dan sampel yang mengalami dislipidemia
sebanyak 25 sampel (71.4%).
Kesimpulan : Karakteristik penderita nefropati diabetik terbanyak di derita oleh
perempuan. usia 46-55 tahun, memiliki kadar GDS >200 mg/dl, hipertensi grade
2, kreatinin yang meningkat, pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga dan mengalami dislipidemia.

Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases with
hyperglycemia characteristics that occur due to abnormal insulin secretion.
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the complications that often occurs in people with
diabetes mellitus.
Purposes: Knowing the characteristic of Diabetic Nephropathy sufferers at the
internal medicine polyclinic of Waled Hospital, Cirebon regency in 2018-2021.
Methods: This study is a restrospective descriptive observational study. The
sampling technique uses a total sampling technique with 58 samples and samples
that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 35 samples. and 23 samples were
excluded due to incomplete medical record data.
Results: In this study, the description of the characteristics found that the sex was
mostly female 23 samples (65.7%), Age Most samples were 46-55 years old as
many as 18 respondents (54.2%), the most occupations were housewives as many
as 22 samples (62.9%), blood sugar at the time of the sample the highest was
>200, namely 16 samples (66.7%), the highest eGFR value was with an eGFR
G3B value of 30-44 ml/min per 1.73 m2 as many as 14 samples (40.0%), the
blood pressure of the highest sample was hypertension grade 2, namely 13
samples (37% ), abnormal creatinine samples were 21 samples (85.4%), and samples with dyslipidemia were 25 samples (71.4%).
Discussion : The characteristics of people with diabetic nephropathy are most
suffered by women. age 46-55 years, housewife, have GDS levels of 200-300 mg /
dl, eGFR G3B 30-44 ml / min per 1.73 m2, hypertension grade 2, increased creatinine, and dyslipidemia.
