Latar Belakang Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis merupakan peringkat ke-12 tertinggi sebagai
penyebab kematian dunia dan Provinsi Banten menempati peringkat ke-5 terbanyak pasien
PGK dari berbagai Provinsi di Indonesia dengan Kota Tangerang memiliki prevalensi
sebanyak 0,4%. Peningkatan kadar kreatinin pada pasien GGK dapat menurunkan
kemampuan fisik, meningkatkan kebergantungan terhadap orang lain dan dapat
mengurangi kepercayaan diri sehingga mempengaruhi kondisi sosio psikologis. Dengan
kondisi seperti ini pasien akan merasakan bahwa kualitas hidup akan sangat berkurang.
Tujuan Untuk Menganalisis hubungan persentase perubahan kreatinin pre dan post
hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pasien GGK di RS Melati Kota Tangerang.
Metode Penelitian merupakan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional.
Dengan menggunakan metode total sampling didapatkan 40 responden. Instrumen
penelitian berupa kuesioner KDQOL yang telah divalidasi, dan dianalisis secara univariate,
dan bivariate.
Hasil Terdapat hubungan signifikan yang kuat dan searah antara persentase perubahan
kreatinin pre dan post hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pasien GGK di RS Melati Kota
Tangerang dengan hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan korelasi spearman’s rho sebesar 0,626
yang bernilai positif dan nilai p value sebesar 0.000 < 0.050.
Simpulan Terdapat hubungan antara persentase perubahan kreatinin pre dan post
hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pasien GGK di Rumah Sakit Melati Kota Tangerang.

Background Chronic kidney disease is the 12th highest cause of death in the world and
Banten Province is the 5th largest CKD patient from various provinces in Indonesia with
Tangerang City having a prevalence of 0.4%. Increased creatinine levels in CKD patients
can reduce physical abilities, increase dependence on others and can reduce self
confidence so that it affects socio-psychological conditions. With this condition the patient
will feel that the quality of life will be greatly reduced.
Aim To Analyze the relationship between the percentage changes in creatinine pre and
post-hemodialysis with the quality of life of CKD patients at Melati Hospital, Tangerang
City.
Methods This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design.
The sampling technique used the total sampling method. The sample size is 40 respondents.
The research instrument was a validated KDQOL questionnaire. Data analysis in the form
of univariate and bivariate analysis.
Results There is a strong and unidirectional significant relationship between the
percentage changes in creatinine pre and post hemodialysis with the quality of life of CKD
patients at Melati Hospital Tangerang City with the correlation test results showing a
Spearman's rho correlation of 0.626 which is positive and a p value of 0.000 < 0.050.
Conclusion There is a relationship between the percentage changes in creatinine pre and
post-hemodialysis with the quality of life of CKD patients at Melati Hospital Tangerang
City.
