Abstract

In managing business activities, human resources play a very important role. The level of employee satisfaction with their work plays an important role in influencing performance and can affect the possibility of turnover in the organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the effect of job satisfaction and self-efficacy on employee performance and its impact turnover intention at PT Arteria Daya Mulia located in Cirebon. In this research, a quantitative methodology is employed, involving the gathering of primary data by utilizing questionnaires given to 86 staff members within the organization. The results show that employee performance and turnover intention are strongly influenced by job satisfaction. However, A notable correlation does not exist between self-efficacy and employee performance related to turnover intention. Therefore, companies are advised to increase employee job satisfaction. For example, they can provide incentives such as bonuses to improve performance and reduce turnover intention.
