Quantitative research methods were utilized in this study, involving the distribution of questionnaires. The sample group was comprised of 240 full-time employees. By applying the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, a total of 150 participants were selected from a BUMD office in Cirebon Regency. The proposed data for this research employed statistical analysis methods to assess the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction on employee performance. Statistical analysis was performed using the t-test and F-test. The t-test shows a significant positive relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X1) and employee performance (Y). Furthermore, the F test results show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) significantly affect employee performance. This finding reveals that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X1) significantly and positively influences employee performance (Y). At the same time, job satisfaction (X2) also has a considerable positive influence on employee performance (Y). Employees with high levels of OCB and job satisfaction will likely achieve superior performance. Therefore, optimizing employee performance is essential to fostering a work environment that encourages OCB and increases job satisfaction.
