Abstract

Digunakan alat ukur kuesioner skala
The Kessler Psychological Distress-10 (K-10), kuesioner vulva hygiene dan
mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon.
mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. Analisis
Swadaya Gunung Jati.
Kata Kunci : Stres, Vulva Hygiene, Fluor Albus

Background: When experiencing stress, the body's condition will experience
changes in reproductive hormones including the hormone estrogen which can
cause fluor albus. Vulva hygiene is the initial prevention of the emergence of
genital problems in women, one of them is fluor albus.
Aim : To identify the relationship between stress and vulva hygiene with the
incidence of fluor albus in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas
Swadaya Gunung Jati.
Methods : This study uses an analytic observation method that uses a cross
sectional approach. The questionnaire measuring instrument The Kessler
Psychological Distress-10 (K-10) scale, vulva hygiene questionnaire and fluor
albus questionnaire were used with a total of 222 respondents who were students
of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon.
Results : The results of the bivariate analysis showed that stress (p value = 0.006)
and vulvar hygiene (p value = 0.000) were associated with the incidence of fluor
albus in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati.
The results of the multivariate analysis vulvar hygiene was the strongest variable.
Conclusion : There was a relationship between both stress and vulva hygiene with the incidence of fluor albus, which vulva hygiene is more influential factor on
the incidence of fluor albus in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati.
