Abstract
Member attachment plays an important role for individuals in the Generasi Baru Indonesia (GenBI) Cirebon community, because it is directly related to active participation and scholarship sustainability. The purpose of this study was to quantify the extent to which intrinsic motivation and the organizational environment affect attachment. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data from a sample of 75 members for this study, which employed quantitative methods. SPSS was used in this study to handle and examine the data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that both the organizational environment and intrinsic motivation have a favorable impact on attachment. Thus, this study demonstrates the significance of both intrinsic motivation and organizational environment elements in raising member engagement. This demonstrates that intrinsic motivation and organizational environmental factors are important in determining how attached GenBI Cirebon members are.
