Abstract
Latar Belakang : Dermatitis atopik (DA) pada dewasa merupakan peradangan kulit
bersifat kronis residif disertai gatal. Menurut International Classification Disease
(ICD) di rumah sakit Indonesia menunjukan bahwa DA merupakan penyakit kulit
menjadi peringkat ke 3 dari 10 penyakit terbanyak pada pasien rawat jalan se Indonesia.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Karakteristik Penderita DA Pada Usia Dewasa
di Poliklinik Kulit & Kelamin RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon Periode November
2019 – Desember 2021
Metode : Menggunakan metode penelitian retrospektif deskriptif, menggunakan data
sekunder dari rekam medis pasien di poliklinik kulit dan kelamin. Data yang
dikumpulkan merupakan data kunjungan pasien dari bulan November 2019 –
Desember 2021 di RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon. Meliputi usia, jenis kelamin,
riwayat atopi, lokasi lesi dan penatalaksanaan.
Hasil : Jumlah pasien pada penderita DA berdasarkan usia pasien didapatkan pasien
DA usia dewasa terbanyak sebanyak pada kelompok usia tua sekitar usia 46-55 tahun
(31,6%). Dengan karakteristik jenis kelamin perempuan (63,2%) lebih banyak daripada
laki-laki. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan pasien yang tidak memiliki riwayat atopi
(57,9%) lebih banyak daripada pasien yang memiliki riwayat atopi. Pasien yang
menderita DA di lokasi lesi kejadian terbanyak terjadi pada lokasi lesi fleksor
sebanyak 5 orang (26,3%). Penatalaksanaan pada pasien DA dewasa menujukan bahwa
pemakaian pemakaian obat terbanyak menggunakan antihistamin, kortikosteroid
sistemik, dan kortikosteroid topikal (52,6%).
Kesimpulan : Terbanyak dijumpai pada pasien usia tua 46-55 tahun dengan
perbandingan perempuan lebih banyak daripada laki-laki dan tidak memiliki riwayat
atopi, dengan lokasi lesi pada penderita terbanyak di fleksor. Kortikosteroid sistemik,
antihistamin juga kortikosteroid topikal sering digunakan untuk penatalaksanaan
pasien DA.

Background: Atopic dermatitis (AD) in adults is a chronic persistent skin
inflammation accompanied by itching. According to the International Classification of
Disease (ICD) in Indonesian hospitals, it shows that AD is a skin disease which ranks
third out of the 10 most common diseases in outpatients in Indonesia.
Objective: To find out the characteristics of AD Patients in Adults at the Dermatology
& Venereology Polyclinic, Waled Hospital, Cirebon Department, for the period
November 2019 – December 2021.
Methods: This study used a descriptive retrospective research method, using
secondary data from patient medical records at the skin and genital polyclinic. The data
collected is patient visit data from November 2019 – December 2021 at the Waled
Hospital, Cirebon Department. The data collected included age, gender, diagnosis of
skin disease as well as.
Results: The number of patients in AD patients based on the patient's age, it was found
that the most AD patients were adults in the older age group, around the age of 46-55
years (31.6%). With the characteristics of the female gender (63.2%) more than the
male. In this study, there were more patients who did not have a history of atopy
(57.9%) than patients who had a history of atopy. Patients suffering from AD at the site
of the lesion, the highest incidence occurred at the site of the flexor lesion as many as
5 people (26.3%). Management of adult AD patients showed that the most use of drugs
used antihistamines, systemic corticosteroids, and topical corticosteroids (52.6%).
Conclusion: In this study, the majority were found in patients aged 46-55 years with a
higher ratio of women than men and did not have a history of atopy, with the location
of the lesions in most patients in the flexors. Systemic corticosteroids, antihistamines
and topical corticosteroids are often used for the management of AD patients.
