Latar Belakang : Visum et Repertum adalah keterangan tertulis yang dibuat oleh
dokter atas permintaan tertulis dari kepolisian untuk kepentingan peradilan.
Dalam pembuatan Visum et Repertum dokter perlu memperhatikan SPO yang
berlaku di RS. Isi dari Visum et Repertum sendiri harus memperhatikan mengenai
kelengkapannya.
Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan dan kelengkapan Visum et Repertum
pada korban hidup di RS Arjawinangun periode 2020-2021.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional
Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, dan menggunakan data
sekunder. Dengan jumlah sampel diperoleh 130 visum sesuai kriteria inklusi.
Hasil : Visum et Repertum yang ada di RSUD Arjawinangun terdiri dari Visum et
Repertum jenis kejatahatan seksual yang berjumlah 25, Visum et Repertum
perlukaan berjumlah 95 dan Visum et Repertum psikiatrik berjumlah 10.
Pelaksanaan Visum et Repertum apabila ditinjau dari segi batas waktu yang
memenuhi hanya berjumlah 66 visum (50,8%). Untuk kelengkapan Visum et
Repertum hampir seluruhnya sudah baik dengan jumlah 129 (99,2%).Pihak
peminta Aipda 0,8%, Aiptu 3,1%, Akp 31,5%, Brigpol 0,8%, Bripda 2,3%,
Bripka 10 %, Briptu 9,2%, Ipda 8,5%, Iptu 6,9% dan Kompol 26,9%.Untuk
pembuatan Visum et Repertum dilakukan oleh dokter umum dan dokter spesialis
dengan jumlah sampel 130, yang dibuat oleh dokter umum sebanyak 103 visum
(79,2%) dan 27 (20,8%) visum lainya dibuat dokter spesialis. pihak penyerahan
sampel terbanyak dilakukan oleh AKP 34 orang (26,2%).
Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran pelaksanaan dan
kelengkapan Visum et Repertum di RSUD Arjawinangun sudah baik sesuai
dengan SPO yang berlaku. Adanya keterlibatan dokter dengan petugas rekam
medis dalam pembuatan Visum et Repertum
