Abstract

The bridge is one of the transportation infrastructures that is used as one of the supports in increasing economic, social and industrial growth. Ciledug bridge is a bridge that stretches across the Cisanggarung river, Ciledug district, Cirebon. This Ciledug bridge is designed using a prestressed concrete structure type I girder with a span of 72 meters divided into to spans, each 36 meters with a girder height of 1,75 meters, with a post – tension prestressing system. These planning stages include girder dimensioning, loading with regulations for bridges, namely SNI 1725:2016, tendon layout, calculation of prestressing loss, calculation of stress that occurs. The result of the study showed that the girder used had a concrete quality of K – 500 (fc’ = 41,5). The tendon used consists of 19 strands with a strand diameter of 12,7 mm VSL specification. For the analysis of this bridge using the MIDAS Civil software and for calculation analysis assisted by using Microsoft Excel 2010 software. While for the depiction of the modeling using two software, namely Autocad 2018 as 2D modeling while for 3D modeling it uses Sketchup software.
