Abstract
International school (SI) or internationally Standardized School (ISS), is one of the primary and secondary education innovation in Indonesia, the main pillars for improving the quality, relevance, and competitiveness. International school have best educational quality with refers to international curriculum and support facilities to improve prestation the student in national and international level. With refers concept mediumrise building, required analysis structure planning based on latest regulations Standard Nasional Indonesia (SNI) consist of SNI 2847:2019 about ―Persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung‖, SNI 1727:2020 About ―Beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain‖, SNI 1726:2019 About ―Tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunangedung dan non gedung‖ and PPPURG 1987 about ―Pedoman Perencanaan Pembebanan Untuk Rumah dan Gedung‖. Analysis structure planning using software CSI ETABS version 2017, obtained component structure are using borepile foundation diameter 60 cm, depth foundation 5 m, and total 144 pile, Pedestal Column 800 x 800 mm, Structure column 700 mm x 700 mm, Tie Beam Type 1 (600 mm x 900 mm), Tie Beam 2 (250 mm x 400 mm), Tie Beam Type 3 ( 600 x 850 mm), Secondary Tie Beam ( 400 mm x 700 mm), Beam Type 1 (550 mm x 900 mm), Beam 2 (200 mm x 400 mm), Beam Type 3 (550 x 850 mm), Secondary Beam (350 mm x 550 mm), Slab and Roof slab with thick 150 mm. Analysis seismic design guideline for building structures used SNI 1726:2019. Analysis cost budget plan based on calculate volume and sinkron with AHSP in Majalengka Regency, to know total cost development. Plan managemen construction, make the time schedule and S curved.
