This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of work stress and workload on turnover intention among employees of Surya Toserba Jatiwangi. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a sample size of 93 respondents. The analysis results indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Additionally, workload also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, work stress and workload influence turnover intention by 48%. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the higher the level of work stress and workload, the greater the employees' turnover intention. These findings emphasize the importance of effective work stress and workload management in reducing employee turnover rates within the company.
