Latar Belakang: Dalam mencapai prinsip pelaksanaan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang efektif, BPJS kesehatan melakukan pembiayaan pelaksanaan kesehatan dengan sistem paket Indonesia Case Base Groups (INA CBG’s) kepada penyedia fasilitas kesehatan tingkat lanjut. Di dalam proses verifikasi klaim BPJS tersebut masih terdapat banyak kendala yang menyebabkan penolakan berkas oleh verifikator. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penolakan tersebut adalah kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dan ketepatan kode diagnosa.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan masa kerja dan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan tentang rekam medis dengan kelengkapan isi dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap di RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen.
Metode: Metode observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 rekam medis rawat inap dan tenaga kesahatan yang diambil menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman.
Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja tenaga kesehatan yang mengisi rekam medis sebanyak 51,6% lebih dari 10 tahun, pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan tentang rekam medis sebanyak 55,9% pengetahuan baik, kelengkapan isi dokumen rekam medis rawat inap sebanyak 76,3% rekam medis lengkap, dan terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja (p-value = 0,000), dan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan tentang rekam medis (p-value = 0,000) dengan kelengkapan isi dokumen rekam medis RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja dan pengetahuan tenaga Kesehatan tentang rekam medis dengan kelengkapan isi dokumen rekam medis.

Background: In achieving the principle of implementing an effective National Health Insurance (JKN) program, BPJS Kesehatan provides financing for health implementation with the Indonesia Case Base Groups (INA CBG's) package system for advanced health facility providers. In the BPJS claim verification process, there are still many obstacles that lead to rejection of the file by the verifier. Factors that influence the refusal are the completeness of medical record information and the accuracy of the diagnostic code.
Objective: To determine the correlation between tenure and knowledge of health workers about medical records with the completeness of the contents of inpatient medical record documents at RSUD dr. Sudirman, Kebumen.
Methods: Analytical observational method with cross sectional. The number of samples in this study were 93 inpatient medical records and health personnel taken using the consecutive sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Spearman.
Results: The results of the study showed that the tenure of health workers who filled out medical records was 51.6% more than 10 years, knowledge of health workers about medical records was 55.9% good knowledge, completeness of the contents of inpatient medical record documents was 76.3 % complete medical records, and there is a relationship between years of service (p-value = 0.000), and knowledge of health workers about medical records (p-value = 0.000) with the completeness of the contents of the medical record documents at RSUD dr. Sudirman, Kebumen.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between tenure and knowledge of health workers about medical records with the completeness of the contents of medical record documents.
