Digital transformation in government, Village Law No. 6 of 2014 and Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 encourage the implementation of electronic government at the village level. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of SDESI E-Government in Klangenan Village. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods that include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of SIDESI in Klangenan Village has been running quite well and has had a positive effect on village administrative services, especially in the management of letters and population data. Based on Indrajit's theory, which covers the aspects of support, capacity, and value, the implementation of SIDESI is supported by the commitment of the village head and village officials, has sufficient human resources, infrastructure, and budget, although not yet optimal, and provides value in public services. However, the implementation of SIDESI still faces obstacles such as the limited technical capabilities of the equipment, unstable internet connection, and irregular system maintenance. Efforts taken by the village government to overcome these obstacles include training for officials, improving technological facilities, and collaborating with SIDESI developers. Thus, it is hoped that the implementation of SIDESI can continue to be developed to create more effective and responsive digital village public services.
