Abstract
Latar Belakang Prevalensi resistensi antibiotik Staphylococcus aureus diduga meningkatkan pada pasien HIV. Terdapat 70% resistensi antibiotik di wilayah Asia yaitu pada 13 negara, termasuk indonesia. Sehingga sangat membutuhkan agen alternatif antimikroba dalam mengatasi multi drugs-resistance. Staphylococcus aureus memiliki biofilm, biofilm dapat dihambat dengan zat antimikroba berupa nanopartikel yang bisa didapatkan dari getah salahsatunya getah tanaman pinisilin. Ekstrak getah tanaman pinisilin kandungannya kaya akan peptida larut larut termasuk enzim, gula, senyawa polifenol dll.
Tujuan Mengetahui pengaruh getah tanaman pinisilin (Jatropha multifida L.) terhadap pertumbuhan Bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik dari getah tanaman Pinisilin (Jatropha multifida L.) untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus.
Metode Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimental murni (true experiment design) dengan rancangan penelitian post-test only control group design. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan populasi yaitu bakteri Staphylococcus aureus tipe MSSA dan MRSA, dan sampelnya yaitu Bakteri Staphylococcus aureus yang dibiakan dengan konsentrasi 0.5 Mc Farland. Pengujian antibakteri menggunakan metode sumuran untuk melihat zona hambat ekstrak ini terhadap bakteri MSSA dan MRSA.
Hasil Hasil rerata daya hambat didapatkan hasil uji one way anova dengan p value <0,001 terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan dengan zona hambat paling tinggi terdapat pada konsentrasi 65%
Kesimpulan Getah penicilin memiliki efektifitas antibakteri Staphylococcus aureus MSSA dan Staphylococcus aureus MRSA

Background The prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus antibiotic resistance is thought to increase in HIV patients. There is 70% antibiotic resistance in the Asian region, namely in 13 countries, including Indonesia. So it really needs alternative antimicrobial agents in overcoming multi-drug resistance. Staphylococcus aureus has a biofilm, the biofilm can be inhibited with antimicrobial substances in the form of nanoparticles that can be obtained from the sap, one of which is the sap of the pinicillin plant. The penicillin plant sap extract is rich in soluble soluble peptides including enzymes, sugars, polyphenolic compounds etc.
Objective To determine the effect of pinicillin (Jatropha multifida L.) plant sap on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Knowing the best concentration of pinicillin plant sap (Jatropha multifida L.) to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
Methode The design of this study was a true experimental design with a post-test only control group design. The research sample used was the population of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria type MSSA and MRSA, and the sample was Staphylococcus aureus bacteria cultured with a concentration of 0.5 Mc Farland. Antibacterial testing using the well method to see the inhibition zone of this extract against MSSA and MRSA bacteria.
Results The results of the average inhibition obtained the results of the one way ANOVA test with p value <0.001 there was a significant difference with the highest inhibition zone at a concentration of 65%
Conclusion Penicillin sap has antibacterial effectiveness of Staphylococcus aureus MSSA and Staphylococcus aureus MRSA with p value <0.001 there is
significant difference. The highest concentration is found in P3 which is 65%.
