Latar Belakang: Anemia masih menjadi masalah besar pada ibu hamil di dunia. Penyebab anemia pada ibu hamil diantaranya adalah kepatuhan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dan jumlah paritas.
Tujuan: Menganalisis tingkat kepatuhan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dan jumlah paritas pada ibu hamil dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Penusupan Kabupaten Tegal.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Dengan Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 36. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui pengambilan buku kohort dan hasil laboratorium. Analisis data dilakukan dengan chi-square dan regresi logistik.
Hasil: Jumlah responden yang patuh dan tidak patuh sama (50%), mayoritas jumlah responden paritas tidak beresiko (63,9%), dan mayoritas responden anemia ringan (75%). Hubungan tingkat kepatuhan dengan dengan kejadian anemia diperoleh nilai (p=0,007) dengan nilai PR > 1 , hubungan jumlah paritas dengan kejadian anemia diperoleh nilai (p=0,028) dengan nilai PR > 1. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kejadian anemia adalah kepatuhan dengan nilai Exp(B) 13,316.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan tingkat kepatuhan dalam menkonsumsi tablet Fe dan jumlah paritas dengan kejadian anemia.

Backgrounds: Anemia is still a big problem for pregnant women in the world. The causes of anemia in pregnant women include compliance in consuming Fe tablets and the amount of parity.
Objectives: Analysis of the level of compliance in consuming Fe tablets and the amount of parity in pregnant women with the incidence of anemia at the Penusupan Health Center, Tegal District.
Methods: This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling with 36 respondents. Secondary data was obtained by taking cohort books and laboratory results. Data analysis was performed by chi-square and logistic regression.
Result: The number of compliant and non-compliant respondents was the same (50%), the majority of respondents were not at risk of parity (63.9%), and the majority of respondents had mild anemia (75%). The relationship between the level of compliance with the incidence of anemia obtained a value (p = 0.007) with a PR value > 1, and the relationship between the number of parity and the incidence of anemia obtained a value (p = 0.028) with a PR value > 1. The most influential variable on the incidence of anemia is compliance with the value of Exp(B) 13,316.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of compliance in consuming Fe tablets and the amount of parity with the incidence of anemia.
