The results showed that teachers have faced various problems while teaching English, including student discipline. There are several factors that influence student behavior in the classroom, and most of those influencing factors are students' internal factors. Selain itu, teachers’ classroom management during English lessons in SMA Negeri 1 Subang is quite good, where the teacher uses good methods and strategies to be applied in every teaching session. Participants also agreed that digging deeper into the characteristics of students is an effective way to create a conducive classroom atmosphere and that teachers can find out what causes problematic behavior in students.
