This study is intended to determine the strategies used in improving administrative services in Sirnabaya Village. The formulation of the problem in this study. What is the strategy that the village government applies to improve administrative services, and how is the quality of administrative services held by the Sirnabaya village government, and what are the inhinbiting factor for administrative services in Sirnabaya village.
This study aims to find out the strategies used by the Sirnabaya village government to improve administrative services to the community and to find out how quality ot the Sirnabaya village government is in providing services to the community, and to find out the inhibiting factors of administrarive services
The research method used is deskritive qualitative method, by using purposive sampling technique in determining informants, in collecting data, researchers used documentation, interviews, and observastion techniques. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusion.
The result of this study are in the form of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) which are applied in the administration of administrative services by the village government. The village government of Sirnabaya seeks to improve public services in the village of Sirnabaya by implementing a strategy to improve administrative services. The quality of the Sirnabaya Village Government in providing administrative services to the community by increasing short service delivery, as well as the polite nature of its officers, and providing supporting facilities and infrastructure.
